B |          　　刘晓军一行先后来到宽邦、大王庙、范家等乡镇，实地检查堤坝、桥梁、水库、施工现场的防汛措施落实情况及河道险工险段的除险加固工作，详细听取各地防汛工作开展情况的汇报，刘晓军对各地防汛工作的开展情况表示肯定，并叮嘱各乡镇、水库、施工单位负责同志要坚决克服麻痹大意思想，要对防汛隐患排查到位，将防汛措施落实到位，全面抓好防汛各项工作。         　　刘晓军说，当前正值全县防汛工作的关键时期，全县上下要始终坚持人民至上、生命至上的理念，把防汛工作作为当前工作的重点，压实各方责任，提高防汛抢险意识，全面排查涉汛隐患，扎实做好防大汛、抢大险、救大灾各项准备工作，常态化开展管护和巡查，做到险情隐情早发现、早报告、早处置，确保水库、河道、山洪地质灾害区等重点部位安全。         　　刘晓军说，要加强雨情水情监测预警，紧盯水库水位、库容和河水流量，灵活执行水库调度规程，持续做好山体滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害易发区的防范工作，加强巡查监测，及时除险加固；要做好物资保障，备齐备足防汛物资和抢险力量，全力守护人民群众的生命财产安全，确保全县人民安全平稳度汛。（刘佳栗）。
